Support and Solutions for Cancellations
At APB, we are pleased to boast an extremely low cancellation rate among our speakers. When the occasional cancellation does occur, it is generally attributed to something that is out of both APB’s and the speaker’s control – such as a sudden emergency or unforeseen circumstance. Otherwise, we have a thorough process in place when planning speaking engagements that ensures accordance with our speakers’ schedules to prevent any hiccups or cancellations.
In the highly unlikely case that an emergency does arise and a speaker must cancel, we will either work with you to find an appropriate replacement, or refund the payment including the deposit in full. A complete outline of the cancellation policy can be found on your contract, or you can request one from your program consultant to review prior to booking the speaker.
