Our speaker management system includes a detailed, up-to-date copy of your calendar that alerts us of any dates or times that disagree with each other. If you are facing a flight delay or cancellation, or should something else unexpected arise, we are here to find an immediate solution. Throughout the entire process, we keep you up-to-date, notifying you of any changes in travel or last minute arrangements. You can rest assured that our organized itineraries and attention to detail will make for a hassle free engagement.
Proactive Marketing & Sales
At APB, our marketing department works hard to provide a comprehensive package of support materials that will most effectively and efficiently sell our speakers to our clients. It is our goal to have on hand for each speaker a complete biography, high resolution color photograph, and carefully crafted topics with accompanying descriptions. We maintain support files for every speaker that contain press releases, testimonials, and any other information relevant and helpful in pitching you to a client.
APB is also developing quite a following on the web through Facebook, Twitter, our blog, and LinkedIn. Each of these avenues affords us an entirely new immediacy in going to market with news about our speakers. We also encourage our speakers to weigh in on hot button topics of the day, which has recently proven popular with our followers and fans. VIP Website: Online Access to Event Details Around the Clock
In our constant effort to make working together easier and to provide our speakers with the most helpful, up-to-date information about each engagement, we created the Virtual Information Planner (VIP). Housed on our main site, you can gain access to VIP with the personalized login information that we send you whenever an event is booked. Not only does VIP provide an overview of all logistics, itineraries, and allow you to sign contracts online, but it is available around the clock should you at any time need to review event details or client information.
Media / Book Tour Enhancement and / or Management
Many of our speakers are published authors or celebrities who spend time traveling on book and media tours. Often, we have worked with our speakers' publishers, publicists and literary agents to parlay such trips into mini lecture series in the cities corresponding to those on their itinerary. This maximizes publicity as well as the overall value of the tour and travel for the speakers themselves.
Not only do we help match speaking engagements to an existing book or media tour, but we also coordinate booked speaking engagements with a speaker’s written or onscreen work. We can arrange for an event to include the sale of the book, DVD, or CD at the venue; occasionally the client opts to have it included in the event price for audience members. As always, we only offer what you permit – signings and/or photographs are discussed in advance and the terms of such will be clearly outlined in the event's contract.

Our experienced, attentive, and knowledgeable agents are the best at creatively pairing the right speakers with the right programs to ultimately create a remarkable event. A large part of this success is ensuring that there is a solid match between the topic area the speaker will cover and the content and purpose of the event. To achieve this, we don’t simply book a speaker for an event, apply a canned speech, and call it a day. Rather, we work with the client and with the speaker to tailor a speech accordingly, making certain that both parties are comfortable with the material and, ultimately, that the goals of the program are accomplished.
