Jeffrey Tambor will star in the Amazon Studio comedy pilot The Onion Presents: The News.
In the series described as a fast-paced scripted comedy set behind the scenes of The Onion News Network, Tambor will play ambitious and insecure "David Everett," ONN's oldest and most respected news anchor who believes his position is threatened by a younger journalist.
He joins actors John Goodman and Bebe Neuwirth.
