The workshop gives employees a sense of personal security and confidence to perform their work with greater professionalism and dedication.

The New Perspectives Workshop, Hyatt's latest seminar, is attended worldwide by top executive women from diverse fields who are interested in assessing and advancing their careers. These, women have benefited from the support and skill she provides through analysis of their needs and examination of alternative means of meeting them.
Hyatt brings her business experience to the speaking platform. Her speeches and workshops are adapted to individual associations and corporations. Her topics include "When Smart People Learn", "The Confidence to Shift Gears", "Learning to Ask the Right Questions", "Risktaking: Expanding Your Comfort Level", "What is the Future for Your Children?" and "Blowing Your Own Horn".
