Esther Jeles
Business behavioral consultant Esther Jeles, CEO of Aylet, Inc, has dedicated her life to healing the workplace and exploring the “self limiting” practices that people use in their work/life experiences. She works to transform corporate environments into collaborative, inspirational, honorable businesses that produce exciting bottom line results for a wide range of clients, including Oprah’s production company HARPO, Twentieth Century Fox, Chevrolet, and Leo Burnett.
As a professional speaker, Jeles helps clients obtain the skills and knowledge to enact changes and improve their work environment; gain the self awareness and insight required to perform at their peak; become better mentors and inspirational leaders, and experience an immediate change to their personal as well as their professional experiences. Her fundamental goal is fostering a climate where the business humanitarian can thrive. Offering proven, breakthrough strategies for dispelling a corporate climate of uncertainty and resistance, while transforming managers into leaders and leaders into mentors, she instructs clients to ask themselves, “What needs to change?” so that ultimately they discover, “If I change, then all things around me change.”
With a background as a negotiations expert, Jeles has served as a consultant, personal coach, and workshop leader. During the 90s, she held the prestigious position of Negotiation Representative for Peter Kiewit Sons’, Inc., one of North America’s largest and most respected construction and mining organizations.
She also served in a partnership position with Advance Business Consulting in Chicago where she launched a sales training program called “Relationship Sales” that worked to generate trust. She transferred her knowledge to workplace relationships in general, emphasizing that everyone wants trust and that people need to trust in order to deliver productivity. As a result of her experiences, she founded Aylet, Inc. in 2001 with the goal of creating success in the workplace through relationship building and nurturing. To do this, Jeles believes in instituting the principles of teamwork, relationship communication, and skill development through specific plans of action.
In 2007, Jeles completed her Masters in Spiritual Psychology from The University of Santa Monica, CA. Additional Aylet, Inc. clients include Royal Caribbean International, The Northern Trust Corporation, Harris Bank, The Owens Group, and Computershare.
