In Mick Fleetwood’s thirty-five year career as the driving force behind Fleetwood Mac’s success, he has encouraged the people around him to greater heights of creativity, while maintaining a vibrant passion for the career he loves.

Already a professional at the age of sixteen, this legendary drummer helped form the original blues lineup of Fleetwood Mac in 1967. Two years later, Fleetwood Mac out-sold both the Beatles and The Rolling Stones, already on its way to becoming an American household name.

In 1977, Fleetwood Mac released their multi-Grammy Award-winning album Rumors, which today still stands as one of the three biggest selling albums of all time at over 30 million copies. In celebration of the twentieth anniversary of Rumors, Fleetwood Mac came out with the multi-platinum album The Dance in 1997, which debuted at number one.

After being inducted into the Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame in 1998, Mick Fleetwood decided to invest in Accordance Music, a company that produces user-friendly software products for the general public, including non-musicians and children. Additionally, Fleetwood is the co-owner and CEO of Tall-Man Records, through which he continues to be involved in finding, developing, and producing new artists and projects.
