Biography
QuickSilva known as THE PARTY KINGPIN is an award winning DJ who’s won 2 Global Spin Awards, East coast #1 at the MixShow Power Summit and Ranked Baltimore/DC #1 DJ for over 2 decades & counting. He has also been recognized by the Source Magazine the last 15 years in a row amongst the power 30 most powerful DJs in radio, ranking in amongst the top 10.
You might remember him from being the DJ on 106 & Park or you may have seen him touring as an official DJ on world tours such as the Pepsi Smash Tour, Seagram's Tour or even the Roc The Mic tour which featured Jay Z, 50 Cent, Lil Mo, Fabolous, Missy & Busta Rhymes.
He is the National DJ for DTLR and Remy Martin. You currently can hear him daily on The "QuickSilvaShow" weekdays 6-10a on WERQ 92.3FM and again at 5p for Clock Out Mix on WKYS 93.9FM & WERQ 92.3FM. He currently owns 2 DJ schools in Baltimore & DC. He has ownership in a night club in Baltimore & has ownership in C3W, the world's fastest growing professional Wrestling league.
When he’s not working he is a motivational speaker at schools, active community servant & philanthropist. He was recently honored in DC at the legendary Ben's Chili bowl for 20+ years of community service by being added to their Wall Of Fame. The mayor of Baltimore has also declared his Birthday Nov 4 as QuickSilva day & renamed the street "Shadyside Rd" he grew up on to "QuickSilva Way."
