"We thank her for what was a truly most compelling and inspiring keynote address at the Tuesday general session of NSBA’s annual conference in San Francisco. She imparted a vital message to our membership, and effectively so, with charming candor and self-effacing humor. Our audience came away from the session motivated to take renewed responsibility for their lives and their work, to seek out bold opportunities, to make a difference, and to be agents of change in their communities and our world."
