Biography
Amanda has spent more than three decades studying one essential question: What truly drives human behavior? Amanda’s journey began in Australia in the fields of physiotherapy and psychology, where she became fascinated not just by how the body works, but by how people think, feel and relate.
Today, she spends at least a third of every year researching neuroscience, emotional intelligence, epigenetics, positive psychology and communication, translating complex science into practical tools that transform workplace culture and performance around the world.
Whether Amanda is delivering a high-energy keynote or facilitating deeper cultural change, her intention is always the same: to shift the emotional climate of the room, strengthen connection, and help people feel that they truly matter with the principles of Joy Intelligence.
