Biography

Ben Wizner is the director of the American Civil Liberties Union’s Speech, Privacy, and Technology Project. For nearly twenty years, Ben has worked at the intersection of civil liberties and national security. He has litigated a wide range of cases involving government surveillance, airport security policies, extraordinary rendition, and torture.
