Biography
Ian Khan, AI Readiness Futurist was shortlisted for the Thinkers50 Future Readiness Award for Undisrupted (Wiley), one of eight thinkers recognized worldwide alongside Erik Brynjolfsson of MIT, Rita McGrath of Columbia Business School, Amy Webb of NYU Stern and Howard Yu of IMD. He is the creator of the Future Readiness Score, an organizational readiness diagnostic built over five years and now used with hundreds of organizations across more than a dozen industries. It is why his sessions work differently.
Before he takes the stage, the leadership team completes an assessment built for their industry. During the session he reveals the collective results live, benchmarked against every organization measured. The room leaves with ranked priorities it produced itself, and every attendee receives a personalized ninety-day action plan.
The research behind it is primary. Every year Ian interviews more than five hundred senior leaders on camera: scientists, operators, founders, regulators, and investors. Those interviews are produced as The Futurist, an independent documentary series distributed on Prime Video, Apple TV, Roku, Tubi and Fire TV, and become the annual State of Industry benchmarks.
