Breaking Precedent: A Talk about the Power of Questioning Convention & Creating New Possibilities
We inherit precedents everywhere: how work gets done, what success looks like, and what we believe is possible. Some provide essential structure, others become barriers.
In Breaking Precedent, Leah challenges audiences to identify the invisible rules shaping their decisions, teams, and organizations. Through candid stories and practical frameworks, she shows how to separate what still serves us from what’s holding us back, question assumptions with intention, and move forward when there is no proven playbook.
