Crisis Planning & Response

The need for experienced leaders is never more apparent than during a defining crisis. The ability to plan for and respond to crisis of different magnitudes is a byproduct of experience and practice. Over the course of his 32-year career in government, MK served in both the armed forces and on two elite FBI SWAT teams. In both environments, MK learned what it takes to prepare for the worst and how teams and individuals only bring to the table what they have learned and practiced.

Sun Tzu once wrote: “If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
