Over the course of his career, Ryan has sold $5 billion in real estate and is known for breaking market records. In early 2021, he represented the buyer for the most expensive home sale ever in the state of Florida and the second most expensive single-family home sale in the United States for just under $140 million.

Ryan is an innovator, entrepreneur, producer, public speaker, author of two best-selling books, host of the iHeartRadio Original Podcast ‘Big Money Energy with Ryan Serhant’ (Season 2 coming soon!), the creator of the Sell it Like Serhant digital education course to teach others how to master the art of sales to succeed in any profession, and the star of multiple Bravo TV shows, including the two-time Emmy-nominated Million Dollar Listing New York.
