Biography
Stephen Drum is a former Navy SEAL Master Chief, human performance expert, and author Stephen Drum achieved the highest enlisted rank in the SEAL Teams, a distinction earned by only the top 1.25% of the force. As a senior enlisted leader and trusted advisor, he was responsible for preparing, guiding, and leading elite operators through the most complex, high-pressure missions where performance, trust, and execution meant the difference between success and failure.
Today, Stephen brings that same elite leadership experience to organizations facing their own decisive moments. He helps leaders and teams perform with clarity, composure, and confidence when the pressure is high and the stakes are real.
