In the Strong Talk conversation with Men’s Health fitness director Ebenezer Samuel and exercise physiologist Dr. Pat Davidson, Hudson explained that his fitness routine emphasizes foundational exercises that he can perform anywhere: from daily push-ups and bodyweight squats to planks, leg lifts, and stretching.  

He avoids chasing unattainable ideals, focusing instead on maintaining functional strength, preventing muscle loss, and controlling his weight—aspects of health that become increasingly important with age.
