Biography
Dr. Qiana O'Leary—affectionately known as "Dr. Q"—is an Author, Speaker, Executive Producer, and Educational disruptor building a national ecosystem where education, media, wellness, and entrepreneurship intersect. Her extensive professional journey spans classroom teaching, school administration (including roles as a founding and turnaround principal), higher education, entrepreneurship, and media production. She holds an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from UMass Global and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from UCLA, currently preparing the next generation of campus leaders as an adjunct faculty member at UMass Global and the Alder Graduate School of Education.
As the Founder and CEO of Minty Educational Services, Dr. O'Leary leads a national consulting firm that has supported approximately 3,850 educators, whose work collectively impacts more than 285,000 students across the country. Additionally, she is the Co-Creator, Executive Producer, and Showrunner of The BlackademX Academy Show, an edutainment competition series that elevates student voice and celebrates innovative teaching.
