Biography
Kofi “Kizzle” Forson is a speaker, mental health advocate, and founder of Express Yourself Black Man, the largest Black men’s mental and holistic wellness platform to date, with a community of over 450K people across social media. Through this platform, he creates digital spaces for Black men to share, heal, and grow — reaching millions monthly through content, podcasts, and community-driven programs that focus on mental health, relationships, and personal development.
He is also the creator of Safe Haven, a membership-based wellness platform that connects Black men with culturally competent therapists, coaches, and wellness professionals. Safe Haven bridges the gap between the Black community and accessible, culturally relevant care.
Kofi’s background in technology and community building allows him to merge strategy, storytelling, and cultural understanding in every talk he gives. He has spoken at universities, conferences, and corporate events, inspiring audiences with actionable insights and authentic connection.
When he’s not speaking or creating, Kofi mentors young men, shares his personal journey of healing, and explores innovative ways to use media and technology for social impact.
