Biography
Meaghan B Murphy is a powerhouse editor, author, podcaster, speaker, and high-voltage media personality known for turning up the good energy. Currently the editor-in-chief of Woman’s Day, she’s on a mission to modernize the iconic brand and bring more joy to everyday life—both on the page and on screen. A regular guest on Today, Live with Kelly and Mark, and beyond, Meaghan is a go-to expert for feel-good lifestyle tips and standout gift guides. She stars in My Perfect Day on Very Local, where she plays fairy godmother and fun facilitator for deserving families — a role that earned her Emmy and Telly Awards as host and producer.
Previously, she spent six years as executive editor of Good Housekeeping, and before that held top roles at SELF, Cosmopolitan, and Teen People. She got her start at YM, where she began as a college student. Her book Your Fully Charged Life (Penguin Random House) — part pep talk, part toolkit — has made her a sought-after keynote speaker for major companies and wellness events across the country.
Meaghan also co-hosted the hit podcast Off the Gram, appeared in the NBC News series A Better Way, and starred in season four of Small Business Revolution on Hulu.
