Ryo’s love of connecting with people and with his continuous pursuit of growth and learning, Ryo soon joined the amazing team of tour guides sharing the Zappos culture in action with those visiting the Las Vegas headquarters. As the Culture Maestro, Ryo hosts tours of the campus with guests from around the world, sharing the Zappos history, customer service, company culture, and his incredible ukulele skills.
In addition to Ryo’s primary role as a Culture Guide he also speaks on behalf of Zappos Insights to share his energy and passion for the Zappos culture, core values, and service. Ryo can often be heard belting out a Mariah Carey tune while sporting his Superman swag. Read Less ^
