Audiences learn how to name their stories, address harmful behaviors, and build systems that promote resilience and collective empowerment.
Answering The Call
Based on his career in law enforcement and years of work in men’s mental health, Vladimir delivers a powerful message on stress management, emotional regulation, and suicide prevention. He provides a candid look at the realities of serving in high-pressure roles—where burnout, trauma, and isolation are often hidden behind duty and professionalism. This keynote equips employees, first responders, educators, clinicians, and community leaders with the tools to protect their mental health, recognize warning signs in others, and build relationships that sustain them on and off the job.
The Conformer, the Analyst & the Ghost Walker
In this unique and engaging leadership workshop, Vladimir introduces three psychological archetypes he observed during his years as a State Trooper: The Conformer, The Analyst, and The Ghost Walker. These archetypes reveal how employees respond to authority, pressure, and organizational culture—and how their unspoken fears, strengths, and coping mechanisms influence team performance. Leaders walk away with a deeper understanding of how to motivate staff, prevent burnout, and tailor their leadership to meet the needs of diverse personalities.
Suffering in Plain Sight
This keynote is designed for families, educators, clinicians, and community organizations seeking to better understand mental health warning signs. Vladimir provides a compassionate, evidence-based approach to recognizing subtle cues of distress—especially among men, teens, and individuals who tend to mask their emotions. Through personal narrative and actionable tools, audiences learn how to intervene safely, communicate with empathy, and connect loved ones to the right support.
