APB’s Maria Hinojosa Passionately Speaks on MSNBC About Trump, Immigration & More

Emmy Award winner and founder and president of Futuro Media Group Maria Hinojosa joined MSNBC to discuss immigration policy and the Trump administration. For years, Hinojosa (who was born in Mexico City) has been an advocate for marginalized groups of all kinds, especially immigrants. On All In With Chris Hayes, Hinojosa weighed in on the Trump administration’s drive for mass deportation.

During her appearance, she spoke with Javier Palomarez, a member of Trump’s National Diversity Coalition. Though both agreed that the administration’s push for mass deportation would be disastrous for the economy, Hinojosa made several points about the human rights and due process violations that will, and are, occurring as a result.
