Dr. Brian Alman, Ph.D., has stress care down to a science. His mission is to make the world a happier and healthier place driven by clinical outcomes accessible to anyone. Early in life, Dr. Alman faced debilitating congenital back pain. Unfortunately, a favorable outcome could not be guaranteed, even with surgery, and a lifetime of pain seemed inevitable. Fortunately, Dr. Alman found the “grandfather” of mind-body healing and hypnotherapy, Milton H. Erikson MD, who helped free him of that pain. Through his work with Dr. Erikson, Dr. Alman learned the powerful techniques to help him help others, then further refined and clinically validated his methods in the groundbreaking Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) Study.

For over two decades, Dr. Alman has collaborated with Vincent J. Felitti, MD, and helped tens of thousands of people in over 100 countries. He has helped people resolve their pain and stress from all walks of life, including billionaires, movie stars, rock stars, morbidly obese people, incest survivors, childhood abuse and neglect survivors, and cancer patients.
